Welcome to the Natural You!
Today’s lifestyle blesses us with many conveniences and at the same time many of those also carry a hidden cost both in the health of ourselves, as well as the planet. My desire is to help those who are suffering with sensitivities to chemicals and textiles, along with people who are looking for healthier alternatives. When you find yourself with a sudden intolerance with products you are using, trying to figure out what works best can be incredibly difficult and tiring. I’m here to share what has worked for me to help take some stress out of this overwhelming process. Throughout the last decade I have tried many products and ways of doing things to prevent anaphylactic reactions that had developed in my life. My deepest hope is to help anyone that feels alone in a similar situation, or to help anyone just trying to find better, sustainable products to incorporate in their world.

From the moment we open our eyes, for the day, until they are closed at night, we are making choices about what we wear, use to groom, and eat. Follow the “Products” link to learn more.
The Food We Eat

Unless you prepare your food literally from the ground up, the use of any processed food is unavoidable. The bad news is that most processed foods seem to come with a long list of additives and preservatives, not to forget large doses of sugar and salt. The good news is that there is a growing number of products that can be found in natural food or health stores. Regardless of where you shop, read the list of ingredients before you buy.

Textiles and processed food, products (make up, shampoos, lotions, both prescribed and over-the-counter medications) like the food we eat and the clothing we wear, all contain ingredients that can spark a negative reaction. Many shampoos and conditions contain sugar and medications contain inert ingredients that are not listed but will cause a reaction if you are sensitive.
